ACTIVATE  THE  CERTIFICATE COLLECTING MAIN IN THAT  CERTIFICATION BODY  
Step 1:   Open Snap in of the certification body ("Certification Authority"). But 
if you click on start, point to programs and then to administration. 
Click afterwards on certification body. 
Note: 
Thus the code signature certificate collecting main in the dialogue 
Abb. 25 to see is, must the code signature certificate collecting main 
are published.

Step 2:   If they open for Certification Authority collecting main, then certificate collecting mains/new/
Certificate collecting main which can be issued (Certificate Templates / new one / Certificate 
Template ton of Issue).
